The wave device is fine, but customer support for this product is poor. I have emailed twice trying to find out how to return/exchange the covers that I incorrectly purchased. The marketing for the protective covering was misleading on your site, and I ordered the wrong size. I would like to exchange with correct size, if possible, but I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages.

The Mobiscribe Wave B/W was delivered quickly and packaged well. The Wave seems very intuitive and is just the right physical size.
I bought this on sale, and it would be totally worth it if the google play store functioned at all, but unfortunately the device isn’t play store certified, so you can’t download apps that arent in the moviscrive store. This makes it basically useless to me, as i read most of my books through a library app
Note taking is great. Reading pdfs and other books is okay. Page turning is kind of laggy. Play Store access after setting it up. One update came through but don't expect any more. The company is folding. Can't share notes directly through the app any more - server is shut down. Have to convert and save to Dropbox or separate email (I use Yahoo Mail go). All in all decent if all you want to do is take notes and read a little. At the original price, way to expensive. At it's current $89 it's good
